Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to UGC Studio are billed, cancelled, and refunded.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's profile page. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Third-Party Generation Costs

Some features require your own third-party AI provider key, and those providers bill you directly for usage. Such costs are not collected by us and are not refundable by us; any refund for them is governed by the respective provider.
